Shipping Policy

At Maru Pipe, we work to get your order packed carefully and on its way as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day, Monday through Friday.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Shipping Rates

We keep shipping simple:

• Orders under $29: $3.99 shipping
• Orders of $29 or more: FREE SHIPPING

There is no minimum order requirement. Spend $29 or more and the $3.99 shipping charge is automatically waived.

Delivery Time

Orders are shipped within the United States using USPS Ground Advantage or another appropriate USPS service when necessary.

Estimated delivery time is generally:

2–7 business days after shipment

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, destination, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address associated with your order.

Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update the tracking information after your package has been accepted.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an address mistake, please contact us as soon as possible at info@marupipe.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has shipped.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or you believe your package may be lost, contact us at info@marupipe.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Carrier delays that occur after a package has been accepted by USPS may be outside of our direct control, but we will help where reasonably possible.
