14-Day Return Window
To request a return, you must contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
Return requests submitted after the 14-day return window cannot be accepted, except where required by applicable law.

Free Returns
Eligible returns requested within the 14-day return period qualify for free return shipping.

Items returned without contacting us first may delay processing.
Return Condition
For a standard return, merchandise should be:
- Unused
- In the same condition in which it was received
- Returned with the original packaging when reasonably possible
Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned in a condition substantially different from how they were received may not qualify for a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

- Clear photos of the item and packaging when applicable

Refunds
Once an approved return is received and reviewed, we will notify you regarding your refund.
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
Original shipping charges, if any, are generally not refundable unless the return results from an error on our part or otherwise required by law.
