Shipping Policy

MaruPipe ships to eligible U.S. and international destinations shown at checkout. Orders are typically processed within 1 business day, and many orders ship the same day when possible.

Processing and shipping times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, carrier schedules, holidays, weather conditions, customs processing, or local delivery conditions.

Shipping Rates

Product Availability Before Shipment

We do our best to keep product availability as accurate as possible. However, some items may sell out or become unavailable before your order is shipped.

If an item becomes unavailable before shipment, MaruPipe may contact you with one or more options, such as:

  • replacing the item with a similar product

  • removing the unavailable item from the order

  • holding the order until restock if agreed

  • canceling and refunding the affected item or order

Customers will not be charged for items that cannot be shipped.

Shipping rates are shown at checkout before payment is completed. Final shipping cost may vary based on order total, package size, delivery destination, and selected shipping method.

If MaruPipe offers free shipping, the minimum order requirement and any applicable conditions will be clearly shown on the site or at checkout.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Available shipping options and final shipping rates are shown at checkout before payment is completed. Shipping rates may vary based on order total, package weight, package size, delivery destination, and selected shipping method.

United States:

  • Standard Shipping: estimated 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: estimated 2–4 business days

  • Free Standard Shipping may be available on eligible orders over $99

Canada:

  • Canada Standard Shipping: estimated 7–21 business days

  • Canada Express Shipping: estimated 4–10 business days

Rest of World:

  • Rest of World Standard Shipping: estimated 10–30 business days

International delivery times may vary depending on destination country, customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, and local delivery conditions.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.

MaruPipe is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, reshipment may require an additional shipping charge. Refund eligibility may depend on the package condition and whether the item can be safely inspected or resold.

International Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, local delivery fees, and local import restrictions required by their country.

MaruPipe is not responsible for delays, returns, seizures, refused deliveries, or additional charges caused by customs, import rules, or local restrictions. Customers are responsible for making sure the products they order are legal to import, receive, and possess in their location.

Return & Refund Policy

At MaruPipe, we want your order experience to feel simple and reliable. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation and help with the next step.

Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, used glass accessories cannot be returned.

Unavailable Items

If an item becomes unavailable before shipment, MaruPipe may contact you with available options, such as a replacement, substitution, partial refund, or cancellation.

Customers will not be charged for items that cannot be shipped.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, missing an item, or includes the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and within 7 days of delivery.

To help us review the issue, please include:

your order number
clear photos of the item
clear photos of the packaging
a short description of the issue

Please do not throw away the item or packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

After reviewing the issue, MaruPipe may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or another appropriate solution depending on the situation and product availability.

Returns

Returns must be approved by MaruPipe before being sent back. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Approved returns must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake or an approved damage claim.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method whenever possible. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless the issue was caused by our mistake or an approved damage claim.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not returnable:

used items
items not in original condition
items damaged after delivery
items returned without approval
items that cannot be safely inspected or resold

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, used glass accessories are not eligible for return.
